Study and analysis of the design supplied by customer to
determine relevant feasibility, and to optimize the
production procedure.
- Product Engineering:
Computer designed model of the product.
- Making of phisical prototype of the product for
appearance and operational purposes by using the
different technologies currently on the market:
stereolitography, lamination, LOM, silicon die.
- Moulds CAD design;
- Moulds manufacture by CAM managed plants;
- Checking and heat treatment of moulds;
- Assistance to customer during testing and after
the delivery.
