Gilardoni's policy features total quality.
Inspection is performed from design throughout all fabrication stages, and it is finalized by an accurate checking of the finished die.
Customer is thus assured to be delivered a product which is fully in accordance with the relevant requirements. Gilardoni co-operates with the customer in developing ideas, moulds and testing as well, and by performing a continuous assistance upon request.

All materials used in the manufacture of moulds are certified as well as heat treatments.
Mouls are always supplied with certificates stating the materials as used and the heat treatments as performed.
